What happens after you apply.

Hour 0: Application Submitted

You complete the online form (2 minutes). This is a soft inquiry — no hard credit pull. Your information is encrypted and submitted securely to our system.

Hours 1–4: Advisor Assignment

A dedicated advisor reviews your application and reaches out by phone. During business hours (Mon–Fri 9am–6pm PT, Sat 10am–4pm), this typically happens within 1–4 hours. Applications submitted outside business hours are processed the next morning.

Hours 4–24: Lender Submission

Your advisor submits your application to our network of 20+ lending partners simultaneously. Each lender reviews independently. Results start coming back within hours. Your advisor compiles the best available options.

Hours 24–48: Options Presented

Your advisor calls with your options: approved amount, rate, term, and monthly payment. You discuss vehicle preferences and budget. There is no obligation to proceed — you can take time to decide.

After Approval: Vehicle + Delivery

Once you choose to proceed, vehicle selection takes 1–3 days, paperwork is signed digitally, and delivery anywhere in BC takes 3–7 business days. See our delivery guide for the full process.

What can delay approval.

Incomplete documents. If lenders need additional verification (income proof, ID, address), the clock pauses until you provide them. Have your documents ready to avoid delays.

Weekend/holiday submissions. Lender offices operate on business hours. A Friday evening application may not see lender responses until Monday.

Complex credit situations. Active bankruptcies, very recent consumer proposals, or unusual income documentation may require additional lender review.

Unreachable by phone. Your advisor needs to speak with you to proceed. If you miss the call, return it as soon as possible to keep the process moving.
