Welcome to Easy Ride Canada. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Easy Ride Canada governing your access to and use of our website and services.
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.
1. Services Overview
Easy Ride Canada is a vehicle financing matching service, not a lender.
2. Eligibility Requirements
18+ years of age
Must be of legal age in your province of residence
BC resident
Legal resident of British Columbia, Canada
Valid driver's license
Possess a current Canadian driver's license
3. Credit Authorization
When you submit an application, you authorize us to obtain your credit report via a soft inquiry from Equifax and/or TransUnion, and to share this information with Lender Partners for pre-qualification purposes.
Important: Soft credit checks do NOT affect your credit score. If you proceed with a specific lender, they may perform a hard credit inquiry, which may impact your credit score.
4. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with a lender, that any lender will approve your financing application, or specific interest rates or loan terms. All financing is subject to lender approval and your creditworthiness. Rates, terms, and conditions are determined solely by Lender Partners based on their underwriting criteria.

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Easy Ride Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of $100 CAD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Arbitration & Governing Law
Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the British Columbia Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be conducted in English in Pitt Meadows or Vancouver, British Columbia.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You have the right to opt out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to legal@easyridecanada.ca within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
