Vehicle Delivery in BC.

1. Vehicle Selection (1–3 days)

After approval, your advisor presents vehicles that fit your approved budget. You browse options, ask questions, and choose. If you don't see what you want, your advisor can source additional inventory from our partner network.

2. Digital Signing (Same day)

All paperwork is handled digitally. You review loan terms, sign electronically, and confirm. No dealership visit required. Your advisor walks you through every document before you sign.

3. Inspection & Preparation (1–2 days)

Every vehicle undergoes a mechanical inspection before delivery. The vehicle is cleaned, detailed, and prepared. A vehicle history report (Carfax or equivalent) is included.

4. Delivery to Your Door (3–7 business days total)

Your vehicle is delivered directly to your home, workplace, or a location of your choice — anywhere in BC. Lower Mainland deliveries are typically fastest; remote and Northern BC locations may take a few additional days.

5. ICBC Registration & Insurance

You'll need to register and insure the vehicle through an ICBC Autoplan broker before driving. Your advisor provides guidance on what to bring and what to expect. Basic Autoplan insurance is mandatory in BC. See our ICBC guide for detailed steps.

Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Langley, etc.)

Typically 3–5 business days from approval to delivery. The largest selection of inventory is available in this region.

Vancouver Island (Victoria, Nanaimo, Campbell River, etc.)

5–7 business days. Ferry logistics are coordinated by our team — you don't need to arrange anything.

Okanagan & Interior (Kelowna, Kamloops, Vernon, Penticton)

5–7 business days. Highway transport from the Lower Mainland or local partner inventory.

Northern BC (Prince George, Fort St. John, Terrace, etc.)

5–10 business days depending on distance. Winter conditions may add 1–2 days. Your advisor confirms timeline before you commit.
